Precongress

The precongress will take place in two zones. Zone 1 is in the central and southern parts of Valle del Cauca, and Zone 2 is in the northern part of Valle del Cauca and Risaralda.

The precongress acompanying program will depend on the choice of each person registered for the precongress.
