This study was carried out during the year 2024, covering all climatic scenarios encountered under normal milling conditions. To identify sucrose losses (Sucrose%Cane), three different scenarios were evaluated: Field, Core Sampler, and Cane Yards, The study involved over 10 sugarcane varieties, with the four most significant varieties being CC05-430, CC01-1940, CC85-92, and CC11-595. The variety with the highest percentage of Fiber%Cane was CC11-595 (14.46%), followed by CC05-430 (14.37%). The variety with the highest sucrose loss, expressed as Sucrose%Cane, due to the presence of extraneous matter was CC85-92 (1.36% decrease). The variety with the highest level of extraneous matter (%TEM) was also CC85-92 (11.79%). Finally, the variety with the highest concentration of reducing sugars (excluding sucrose) across all scenarios was CC05-430, with 1.01%.
