Pichichi Sugar Mill aims to integrate quality and timeliness in agricultural tasks. Monitoring is implemented through the SIAGRI® Mobile tool and generates automated timing parameters. The agronomy team has monitored the quality of agricultural operations and analysed the data to determine the optimal timing for soil tillage. This study analysed data on tillage execution and historical production records. Box-and-whisker plots were used to visualise data distribution and detect patterns. The impact of different tillage execution periods after harvest on cane yield was evaluated, and agronomic variables such as soil characteristics and soil-moisture groups were included to assess their behaviour. Performing tillage between 1 and 7 days after harvest maximises productivity and reduces variability in cane yield. Delaying tillage beyond 15 days can decrease production by up to 20 t cane/ha and productivity tends to decline as the time before tillage increases.
