ISSCT Management Commission Workshop
The Management Commission Workshop will take place during the XXXII International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists Congress that will be held in Cali – Colombia from 24 to 28 August 2025.
Participants are invited to prepare abstracts related to the theme and topics of the Workshop. See here for the Intent to Submit Abstract document.
The Workshop will provide an opportunity for discussions on topics that involve the future of the labor market and how to anticipate the skills of work, as well as a panel discussion of actions for resilient sugarcane under the challenges of extreme weather and climate change. The workshop’s objectives also encompass understanding sugar consumption’s future and promoting balanced lifestyles to educate the public and policy decision-makers.
