Colombia Chosen as Host of the Upcoming XXXII ISSCT Centennial Congress 2025

Tecnicaña has been selected as the host of the XXXII Congress of the International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists (ISSCT) in 2025. The bid was presented to the ISSCT Executive Committee and was chosen during the organisation’s most recent congress, held in India in 2023.

This achievement recognises Colombia’s commitment and leadership in the sugarcane agroindustry, solidifying the country as an international benchmark in the sector. The congress, which will also mark the centennial of the ISSCT, will be held in Cali and will bring together experts and professionals from around the world to discuss the challenges and advancements in sustainability, innovation, and digitalisation within the industry.
